We should wash the hair,during the hair material be wash,we named that acid process,because we should sterilize,if you only processed by acid the hair will become very week,and then it will easy to tangle,so in order to avoid this things happen,we will use ammonia to neutralization。and the same time the hair will be bleached.after bleached it can start dye color as customer demand.

For wigs the most important thing is design the cap,wig cap usually have three part,front,back and crown,normally it is full lace with stretch on crown,after design the cap,then the workers start sew hair in the lace,and then wig will finished,if you want some style such as body wave,deep wave,and so on,the style will be done after the wig finished.

Now let us see how the weft be done,for now the most length for weft is 8-30inch,and normally each weft is 100gram,weft have made by hand,and made by machine,made by hand need long time and more expensive.so made by machine is the most popular for now,machine weft is easy to do,this kind machine have three head,and one box of glue,we should use the machine sew the hair to a machine weft,and the glue will attached on the weft,so that the weft is more strong and not easy to shedding,then a weft is finished.normally the stretch of weft can decide by workers,it is 1-2meters after stretch.

Please note both wigs and hair weft ,when you said yu want the wig length 20inch,and in fact we should use 22inch to do ,hair weft also the same.

For wigs when you sew wigs to lace,there should be a knots on the lace,in order to made the hair more strong .you should leave 1 inch hair,for weft it is the same sense,when you use the machine to made weft,you can not from top,if you start for top then hair easy to shedding.so leave 1 inch just let the hair become more strong and not shedding.
